Charity of the Year

We are delighted to announce that we have been chosen as Charity of the Year by the following companies:

 

Euxton Hall Hospital, Chorley have chosen us as their Charity of the Year after seeing all of our fundraising and great work on our Facebook and Twitter pages.  They want to work with us to get as many schools in their community equipped with life-saving defibrillators and basic life support training to ensure their children stay Heart Safe.

 

 

Fulwood Hall Hospital, Preston have chosen to work with Hand on Heart as they believe that charity starts at home; they will be looking to fund as many defibrillator packages as they can for schools local to the hospital to ensure they are protecting the hearts of the children in their community.

 

Oaklands Hall Hospital, who are also based in Salford, have chosen to work with Hand on Heart as they support our aim of working with local businesses and organisations to make every school in Salford Heart Safe.  

 

 

EPC UK, Derbyshire have also chosen us as their Charity of the Year, after attending our first annual UK Heart Safe Awards last September at Salford City Stadium.  After meeting the team and seeing the great work as result of the evening, they have chosen us to work with to put defibrillators into schools in their local area.

 

Raring2Go! is a nationwide guide to what's going on in your local area, with communities producing publications filled with fun things to do in your town. We have been chosen by our local editions Warrington and Bury as their Charity of the Year and as well as helping us to publicise our fundraising events and raise awareness, they have also given us free advertising space within their local guide listings. 

 

 

We are Sainsbury's local charity partner for 2 branches; Kidderminster and Culcheth.  We were estactic to be chosen by these established stores and over the last 6 months, we have given 5 fully funded defibrillator packages to schools across the UK and hope to present 6 more packages by July this year.

 

We believe that the support of local businesses and organisations is crucial to ensuring our communities become Heart Safe, and all of the funds raised by our charity partners go straight to putting defibrillators and training into local and nationwide schools.
