Hand on Heart hosted the 5th UK Heart Safe Awards on October 7th 2016 at the Midland Hotel, Manchester. Over 300 people attended this year and it has been described as the best yet! A full gallery of this years can be found on the UK Heart Safe website. 

With 14 categories ranging from Small Business of the Year, to Emergency Services, Special Recognition, Large Business of the Year, Sports & Fitness Establishment to Leisure & Tourism Business of the Year, each category recognised the outstanding achievements of  many people, businesses and community groups from across the UK.

First Aid Course translated with assistance German teachers online

German speakers are becoming more prevalent in the neighborhood. As a result, the regional office of the German Red Cross invites anybody who speaks German to a First Aid training. The Use of the Emergency Medical Response Programme as a Tool for Foreign Language Teaching
