Euxton Hall Hospital and Hand on Heart create 4 more Heart Safe Schools
Last Friday 2nd May, Hand on Heart and the Ramsey Group presented four schools with a life-saving defibrillator and training at Euxton Hall Hospital.
Gary and Erin Keedy Fundraise for Life-Saving Device!
Thanks to the efforts of Erin Keedy, and her father ex-Lancashire cricketer Gary Keedy, St Paul's RC Primary School in Feniscowles is now equipped with a life-saving defibrillator!
After writing to the parents at St Paul's about the importance of having AEDs in school, Erin aged 7 organised a raffle to pay for a life-saving defibrillator with help from her father Gary Keedy.
After raising a phenomenal £1,400, they were able to purchase the device from Hand on Heart which was then presented at a whole school assembly!
Schoolgirl Collapses on Playground Suffering Cardiac Arrest

Wellington School Raises Funds and Spirits at Christmas Craft Fair!
The incredibly generous teachers and students at Wellington School in Ayr first decided to support Hand on Heart Charity earlier in 2013 after having first-hand experience with someone suffering a cardiac arrest at the school.
